At Healthy & Active, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit and performance-ready style for your active lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
